What's included in your registration fee
Members, non-members, spouse with sessions, students: Access to all educational sessions, breakfast and refreshment breaks during the meeting, welcome reception, and invitation to President's dinner
Refund and cancellation policy
Refunds, minus a $100 administrative fee (or whatever is paid if lower than $100) will be issued on written cancellations received on or before September 1, 2017. Phone cancellations WILL NOT be accepted. No refund requests will be offered after September 1, 2017. Please note that all refunds will be processed after the meeting.
