Policies
Refunds, minus a $100 administrative fee, will be issued on written cancellations received on or before September 5, 2014. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. No refund requests will be offered after September 5, 2014.
SCAD reserves the right to charge a $25 surcharge to all on-site transactions
Registration and attendance at or participation in the Society for Color and Appearance in Dentistry’s Meeting constitutes an agreement by the registrant to SCAD’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproduction and audiotapes of such events activities.
